2. Team-participant
- Team could consist of maximum 12 persons both men or ladies
- Application must be sent before February 1st, 2010
- Member of the Team should have Russialoppet passport
- Member should finish in at least two races
3. Points
Points towards the Russialoppet Team Cup will be awarded to all finishers in their age
groups and according to the formula:

Participant's age is counting on the date of December 31st 2009.
Example: participant of 1970 year of birth (Age = 2009 - 1970 = 39
years)
R finisher = [2 - (tÈ / tÏ)] x 1000
tÈ - time of finisher;
tÏ - time of the winner in the age group.
At the final race of Russialoppet Team Cup, Avacha Ski Marathon, each finisher will get
double amount of points. For example, 2000 points will be awarded to each winner of the
age group.
The Team-leader will be the team having maximum points in all stages of the competition
by the sum of 4 best results of team, members at each race.
Where points are equal, the team-leader (or winner) will be the team having won
(maximum points of 4 best results) at the larger number of races. In case of tie, second
places will be taken into account etc. In case all places are equal, team-winner will be
determined by position in the final race.
4. Prizers
The overall trophies and prizes will be awarded at the day of the final competition. |
